This award, created by the University Women's Club of Campbell River in memory of Ann Elmore Haig-Brown, is available to a mature female student studying at North Island College, Campbell River Campus. Students applying for this award must have completed at least 18 credits of first year university level courses achieving a 'B-' average or better and be working towards a Bachelor Degree in any discipline. The student must also have demonstrated financial need.
To be awarded to full-time students with financial need, entering Brandon University and registered in 6 credit hours of first year Geology. Preference will be given to Aboriginal students.
