An annual award has been established in memory of Geoffrey and Anita Tozer in the amount of $1,500 for a student enrolled in the Education Assistant program (full or part-time) at any campus of Okanagan College. The recipient must be intending to pursue a career in special education. Selection of the award recipient will be based on a combination of academic achievement and financial need, with emphasis on financial need.
