Purshor Mitchell provides one or two awards of up to $1,000 each for students enrolled in a university transfer or degree program at the Kelowna Campus of Okanagan College. Recipients will have completed a minimum of 9 credits in each semester of the academic year and will return the following academic year in at least 9 credits in each semester. Recipients must be permanent residents of the Okanagan College region and must be intending to pursue a career in law. Selection for the award will be based on financial need, with a minimum cumulative grade average of 60%.
