1 award, $250; for high achievement in the Early Childhood Education & Care program for first or second year students who normally reside in the Cowichan Valley (Duncan, Lake Cowichan, Cobble Hill, Mill Bay, Crofton). No application necessary. If recipient is a 1st year student, funds will be awarded as a tuition credit for the fall term. If recipient is a 2nd year student, funds will be issued at graduation.
