Recipients: 1st-year students in any program who exemplify strong leadership potential and good citizenship, and who have contributed in a positive way to making their school and community a better place. Candidates must be nominated by the principal or head of guidance at their secondary school, and must register as full-time students in the year they are selected to receive the award.
