Recipient: a resident of the City of Greater Sudbury who has attained a min. 80% average in the secondary school examinations required for admission to the University. The student must present (1) a recommendation from the head of the Department of English or Français of their secondary school stating that he or she has demonstrated excellent literacy skills, and (2) a personal data sheet outlining community involvement.
