The Silver Star Chapter, I.O.D.E. will provide, depending on Chapter finances, a $400 bursary for a Kalamalka Campus student. Recipients must complete their first year of full-time study in a university transfer, degree or diploma program at the Kalamalka Campus and must register the following September at any post-secondary institution for the second year of full-time study in their program. Preference will be given to applicants who are children of Chapter members, mature students and who are residents of (in order of preference) Vernon and area, North Okanagan, the Okanagan College region and other areas.
