Established in 1974 by bequests from Mrs. Hazel Jerrine Ralston and Miss Hazel Vivian Ralston in memory of their sons and brothers respectively, Pilot Herbert James Ralston and Lt. William Edward Ralston who were killed in the Second World War and who were both graduates of Westmount High School. Awarded by the University Committee on Scholarships and Student Aid to a graduate of Westmount High School who has good academic standing and is entering any undergraduate degree program.
