Conditions: Awarded to a student with satisfactory academic standing continuing in an undergraduate or graduate degree program who is of Aboriginal descent as defined by the Constitution Act, 1982, Section 35(2) or persons accepted by one of the Aboriginal peoples of Canada as a member of their community. Recipient will be selected on the basis of demonstrated involvement in the preservation and participation in traditional Aboriginal culture and leadership within an Aboriginal community. Financial need may be considered.
