Awarded annually to outstanding full-time students in an honours program. Each scholarship shall have a minimum value of $4,000.
This scholarship was endowed in 2002 through a generous bequest from the estate of Naida Belle Waite BA/61. A recognized authority on adult learning and literacy, Waite had a long and exemplary career with various departments within the federal and provincial public service.
