Motor Dealers' Association Education Foundation

One of the MDA's main priorities is to promote and highlight the numerous career options in a franchised new vehicle dealership. From promoting the industry and recruiting interested applicants at career fairs, motor shows and school events, to working in partnership with educational institutions - the MDA is committed to ensuring life-long learning opportunities for staff at our member dealerships.

The MDA Education Foundation was established to provide an avenue for scholarship opportunities to dealership staff. From trade and technical scholarships, to bursaries for finance and dealership management programs at SAIT, Georgian College and Northwood University; the MDA wants to provide assistance where it is needed, and reward excellence in academic achievements.

Funding for the Education Foundation is provided through the generous donations from dealer members and associate members, as well as ongoing partnerships and profit-sharing agreements with:

- EPA Ultimate Concepts (contributed in excess of $152,941 to the Education Foundation in the past 8 years alone!)

- Great Little Horoscope (GLH) Vending (provides a portion of commission from vending machines placed in member dealerships)
