The recipient of this award must have successfully completed Level 2 and be continuing on to Level 3 of the Culinary Arts program at the Campbell River Campus. Preference will be given to a student who has demonstrated strong practical and theoretical abilities as well as organizational and communication skills. Applicants must have maintained satisfactory academic standing in the program and must attach a letter with their application explaining their goals and aspirations in the hospitality industry.
