An annual bursary of $100 has been established in memory of Kelly Jost for a student enrolled in the Special Needs Worker program at the Kalamalka or Armstrong Campus of Okanagan College. The recipient must be a permanent resident of the Vernon & District community. Selection for the award will be based on a combination of academic achievement and financial need, with emphasis on financial need.
