Conditions: To be awarded annually to a student with superior academic achievement entering their second, third, or fourth year of the Honors Economics program. Recipients will be selected on the basis of academic standing on a minimum of 24 credits taken during an academic year. Preference will be given to those student leaders who actively participate in furthering Canadian democracy through involvement in Provincial or Federal politics, or the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves. Since this Scholarship is based on Adam Smith Capitalism, financial need is not and will not be taken into consideration.
