The scholarship is awarded to a male Dalhousie engineering student who was born in Nova Scotia and attended schools in Nova Scotia. The successful candidate will be among those who have fulfilled the requirements for promotion from Year II to Year III in the Dalhousie Faculty of Engineering. The recipient must have achieved excellent academic standing and demonstrated significant improvement from the first to second year of the engineering degree programme. Application not required.
