Joe Winkelaar Memorial Bursary
An annual award of $800 for a student who is a resident of Penticton and District and entering the Penticton Campus of Okanagan College. The student may be studying business, nursing or academic courses related to these areas. Selection will place equal emphasis on achievement and need.
