STIPULATIONS: Applicant must be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant. Students applying must be from the District of Chilliwack, the District of Kent, the Village of Harrison Hot Springs or any portion of the electoral area of the Fraser Valley Regional District located within the Chilliwack/Kent constituency.
