Two scholarships of $2,500 each are offered by Great-West Life to students in the Master of Arts Program in Vocational Rehabilitation Counselling. The scholarships are given to students in the program who best represent the Scientist-Practitioner Model in Vocational Rehabilitation Counselling by combining scholastic ability with superior clinical skills. Subject to recipients maintaining satisfactory academic standing in the Program, the scholarships may be renewed for a further two years or until graduation, whichever is the shorter period. The scholarships are made on the recommendation of the Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology and Special Education in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
