A scholarship of $1,000 is awarded to the undergraduate with the highest standing in the 3rd year Civil Engineering Soil Mechanics course, who has a good academic record for the year, and who is continuing in the next year of his/her course. The award is made on the recommendation of the Department of Civil Engineering. The donor will make every effort to provide summer employment in geotechnical engineering to the recipient.
