Established in 2006 by Paul J. Petras, B.Sc. 1975, in honour of his mother, Lidia Petras and in memory of his father, George Petras. Awarded by the Faculty of Science Scholarships Committee on the basis of academic merit to students who have completed at least one year of an undergraduate degree program in the Faculty.
