Dr. Earl B. Gillanders Memorial Scholarship


The award is made to a student entering the final year in Geology, and planning to go into the mining industry upon graduation or alternatively, to continue post-graduate studies in the field of Geology. The award is made on the recommendation of the department and is based on scholastic achievement, with preference given to candidates demonstrating financial need.
