Conditions: To be awarded annually to members of the Golden Bears Hockey Team eligible for competition in the year of the award. Recipients must have a minimum grade point average of 2.0 and have successfully completed 24 units of course weight in the previous academic year. Recipient will be selected on the basis of excellence in the sport of hockey both historically and potentially with outstanding contribution to the team on and off the ice. Preference will be given to athletes not already in receipt of other financial awards (ie Jimmie Condon, Universiade, National Carding).
