Conditions: To be awarded annually to an undergraduate student who is a member of the Golden Bears hockey team who is eligible for competition in the year of the award and who has satisfactory academic standing (a minimum grade point average of 2.3 on a minimum of 18 units of course weight taken during the previous academic year). Recipients will be selected on the basis of excellence in hockey and outstanding contributions made to the team on and off the ice. Preference will be given to athletes who have not received other financial awards (eg Universiade '83 Scholarships, Jimmie Condon Awards).
